    1 mile Walk and 10 minute yoga and leg exercises 

    Breakfast Oatmeal walnuts and blueberries 

    lunch - meats cheeses and salad 

    Dinner - Egg roll in a bowl 





Tuesday 
Breakfast - veggie omelet 
lunch - charcuterie 
dinner Korean beef with salad rice and Kimchi 

 





Wednesday 
Breakfast - Oatmeal, blueberries, and walnuts with milk and coffee
Lunch - Leftover Korean beef, asian salad, and kimchi 
Dinner Salami Italian salad  
movemnet was a walk with Mike over lunch
